YOGA

Yes, it’s not all feel good. The days are hectic and rigorous and pain is what you should befriend. The mission is to help you evolve through a self-development process of awareness, introspection, and practice. We focus on personal growth through the practice of self-love, self-communication, self-discipline, physical well-being, gratitude, and various other aspects of life. Our retreats cater to people aged sixteen and above. We also observe the Code of Noble Conduct like silence, gender separation, and harmony, and ayurvedic relaxation treatment. We do our best to provide you a warm, comfortable stay so you can focus on your practice and get the most out of your valuable time spent at the retreat. Our retreat is totally funded by generation donations of wonderful people and free to the joints to make sure money is not a challenge in the way of your self-development.

Our core values and our mission to bring fitness to your everyday lifestyle, we provide hardcore training under expert guidance. Indulge in our exclusive training sessions in kalaripayattu- the Indian martial arts, dance fitness, athletics, yoga, meditation, and promotes psychological counseling from certified practitioners. We engage in teaching Kalaripayattu, the mother of martial arts which combines different defense techniques with yoga systems. One-to-one Consultations and therapies are widely promoted and encouraged for mental enhancement combined with the soothing ayurvedic relaxation therapies.
